Drink and Draw Sessions
We invite you to join us for our Drink & Draw sessions hosted at the Lumber Yard Bar in White Center. These sessions will occur on the last Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise stated. The aim is to create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for artists of all skill levels to meet and create with like-minded artists. We hope to provide a community space to practice our craft with a subject often ignored in classes, the male form. Drinks and food available for purchase at the bar.
These sessions are hosted at a bar, you must be at least 21 years old to attend.
$15 to participate, 35 passes will be made available online. An additional 10 passes will be available via Venmo at the bar.
Pose breakdown will be 5 x 1 minute poses, 3 x 5 minute poses, 3 x 10 minute poses, 1 x 15 minute pose, 25 Minute Intermission, 2 x 10 minute poses, and 2 x 15 minute poses.
Arrive early to guarantee a good angle, poses start at 7:15 pm after a quick introduction.
Bring your own supplies, please avoid bringing overly large pads to ensure there is enough space for everyone. All skill levels, genders, and orientations are welcome!
Full nudity is not allowed. We will show as much as the model is comfortable with showing at the time of posing, however the Washington State Liquor Board will not allow full nudity (since this is a bar). Our main priority is to create a safe environment for the talent. In any event, we ask that you please respect the model's privacy by NOT taking any photos or recordings during the session. If you are caught taking photos or recording of the model, you will be asked to leave.
Models will be announced at least a week before the session if not sooner here, and on social media. All online ticket sales are non-refundable.

I am always looking for a diverse group of male-identifying models. If you are interested in posing for one of these sessions, please email the.shipman@outlook.com and include your name, any posing experience and a clear photo of yourself (feel free to include any social media links as well), and I will get back to you ASAP.
